  1. "Ares, Marvel's very own god of war". Is it just me, or do comic fanbois tend to overlook the fact that characters like Thor and Ares existed in mythology long before comics came into being? As such, they can't be "marvel's very own".

  2. One I picked up in the movie that isn’t in the video: When Korg asked Thor if he wanted a wooden fork, he then said its good for stabbing 3 vampires huddled together. This is a reference to the director’s (taika Waititi) other film, ‘What we do in the shadows’, a mockumentary about the lives of 3 vampires living in New Zealand

  3. SPOILER ALERT:Here’s a missed out Easter egg: during Thor’s battle with the hulk, hulk does the move where he swings around Thor all over the place similar that what hulk did to Loki in avengers 1. Loki even says during the scene “THATS HOW IT FEELS!” I thought it was really funny that they put that reference in.

  4. Valkyrie's real name was never revealed, but she was a Valkyrie, not the Valkyrie, one of many in her organization of legendary Asgardian warrior women. You clearly hear both Thor and Loki exclaim at different times in the film a variation of "You're a Valkyrie!" in surprise at her tattoo on her forearm.

  5. This isn't as much an Easter egg as it is just something I noticed. In the trailers, when Thor gets full of lightning and jumps down on to the rainbow bridge… And he has both his eyes. Now in the movie, at this exact same scene, Thor is missing one of his eyes. I guess it was just a last minute change.
