Game of Thrones fans will be able to celebrate the launch of the show’s final season from a blizzard-filled castle in the heart of Brixton.

On Friday April 26, Rave of Thrones will transform Electric Brixton into a replica of Westeros castle, complete with White Walkers, sword battles and, of course, an Iron Throne.

The 1,800 attendees will explore a faux banquet hall, where they will come face-to-face with Daenarys and her remaining dragon children, and watch Jon Snow dazzle with his combat skills. Sadly, Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke won’t be putting in appearances, though organisers are promising convincing lookalikes.

Full details of the night are yet to be confirmed, but guests can expect sword fights, light shows and plenty of fire throughout the evening. There are also meet-and-greets planned with former cast members of the show.

Music is set to be a mix of classic house and dance, courtesy of headlining DJ Kristian Nairn – who plays Hodor in the series – along with performances from My Friend, Goldierocks, Laura Pradelska and Muzz Khan.

The immersive event, which has no affiliation with the HBO show or the Game of Thrones franchise, will be the first in a UK-wide tour, with launches planned in other major cities, including Bristol, Manchester and Leeds, though details are still under wraps. It follows a Rave of Thrones tour that the 6″10 Nairn first held in 2014.

Tickets start at £15 for Early Birds and £50 for groups.
