From cosmetics to fashion to Academy Awards, Game of Thrones stars are moving on with their lives, now that their adventures in Westeros have come to an end. So what are they up to? Let’s have a look.

First up: endorsement gigs. Congrats to Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen), who is now Clinique’s new global ambassador!

And here she is talking makeup with Clinique president Jane Lauder:

The Mother of Dragons will make a kind and forceful ambassador.

Also getting a new gig is Richard Madden (Robb Stark), who will be headlining the US version of Amazon’s Citadel, an “action-packed spy series with a compelling emotional center,” according to Deadline.

Citadel comes from Anthony and Joe Russo, who you may know for directing a little movie called Avengers: Endgame. And I say “U.S. version” because Amazon will also be filming versions for Mexico, India and Italy, at least. It’s a thing they’re trying.

Meanwhile, Bran the Broken (Isaac Hempstead Wright) showed off his style at the Ermenegildo Zegna XXX Winter 2020 Fashion Show in Milan, Italy:

What do we think of the multicolored lined suit paired with the turtleneck?

Meanwhile, the Lord Commander of Bran’s Kingsguard — Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie) — would not be outdone, showing up in a fierce suit of her own to the Critic’s Choice Awards:

Christie is, now and always, the most fashion-forward of the Game of Thrones cast members. Long may she reign.

Moving on, Jonathan Pryce (the High Sparrow) was nominated for an Academy Award for Actor in a Leading Role, for his portrayal of Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio — the future Pope Francis — in Netflix’s The Two Popes!

Man, Pryce really knows how to play a religious leader, doesn’t he?

This is Pryce’s first-ever Oscar nom, so we wish him the best. All he’ll have to do is beat out the likes of Joaquin Phoenix, Adam Driver, Antonio Banderas and Leonardo DiCaprio. Piece of cake!

Next up, Jerome Flynn (Bronn) — ever the activist — is raising concerns over a farm in Wales that local residents want to purchase as part of a plan to create a community garden. Apparently, the residents made bids on the farm, but the Pembrokeshire council keeps notifying them they have been outbid. “It’s important for all our local communities that we start to bring food production back to the community,” Flynn told BBC Radio Wales. “It is clear from the situation we have created for ourselves on the planet, we are facing a crisis. One large part is where is our food coming from?”

It could set a precedent for holistic models for the whole country. Most farms around here have become holiday homes. We have to find our food locally – everything comes to our plates very easily. That can change.

For now, the council has a higher bid on the farm, which Flynn has deemed “gazumping its own people.”

Gazumping: “Gazumping occurs when a seller accepts a verbal offer on the property from one potential buyer, but then accepts a higher offer from someone else. It can also refer to the seller raising the asking price or asking for more money at the last minute, after previously verbally agreeing to a lower one.” Today I learned.

Finally, we bring you this photo of Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei) holding her infant niece, Bubbles.

Dawwww.
