FILM DESCRIPTION:
Industrial Light and Magic special-effects wizard Stefen Fangmeier makes the leap into the director’s chair with this coming-of-age fantasy concerning a young boy whose discovery of a mysterious dragon egg leads him on a predestined journey to become a Dragon Rider and defend his peaceful world against an evil king. sure wish i can have 2 dragons
While i admit that the movie sucks ass, "this Scene" was the only good thing! And Goddamn, that Shadow Creature is frighting!
the movie is fine but they should've at least went by the book a little more than usual. man it sucks that they didn't finish the series even if the movie was ok they should've at least finished it!
THEY MAD DARZA A RIDER IN THE MOVIE!!!!!????
CURSE THEM!!!
I thought it was Murtagh or Galbatorix! BUT DARZA!!!???😡
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHH MYYYYY GOSHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!
I use to love this movie when I was a kid~. I still kind of do, but it just shat on the book so hard.
Did they give durza a dragon?
Not how much beautiful than i expected, but lukly the saphira's voice is soo much better than the italian one…
Yes Saphira talks to Eragon through their minds, but when she's hurt or hit, she should make a dragon noise. Not an "ugh!" like at 1:57 a dragon keen, a growl, a hiss, or a small roar. A good example is actually at 1:51 when you hear her noise behind her voice.
This flying shadow thing is the only good thing the movie invented. The horrible actors ruin this scene too, but it looks awesome.
The movie was pretty good in my opinion who cares about the book.
This is so bad I die every time
Instead of a movie tetralogy adaptation of the Inheritance Cycle books, they should make a TV series because there's way too much content crammed into the books to be adapted into films. The same can be said for Game of Thrones, and I have a feeling a TV show adaptation of these books would be fantastic.
Since when did Durza ever have a dragon? By the way this movie is so inaccurate. Was this supposed to be the battle under Farten Dur? Sad. Just, sad. What about the tunnels and the warriors and the dwarfs . Heck where is the Kull (Big Urgals)!!!?!?!?!??
I rememeber watching this with my best friend back in 2006 and we both loved the books and we said ''If we get rich we remeke this piece of shit''!
I remeber seeing this movie when I was younger and thinking it was alright but I read the books and they are fucking fantastic. A high budget tv similar to the likes of Game of Thrones would be amazing
CGI is good, otherwise.. it's a meh movie.
I've never read the book/s.
I really want to read the books but I've only watched the movie so I can't really judge but people are saying it shitted on the books SO IM EXPECTING SOME GOOD SHIT 😎
The acting is horrible in my book, speaking of books, the book was better! So much better!
I loved this movie, but I should read the books.
When I was younger I loved this movie and thought it was great but now it's not the same I still love it though because of my active imagination and I have the books I just haven't read them yet but I'm starting tomorrow and I will always love this – my childhood movie
A crappy, derivative movie from a crappy, derivative book. You'd think paolini would've known he was practically making Star Wars with lotr names and creatures. Oh, wait he did. And yet people aren't angry at him for it. Plagiarism is weird that way.
What is Durza's face?!
looks like a spiritual battle to me…
haha we win!!
tears..idk..just tears
In the last one Year so many peoples wish a comeback :3 Why they doesnt make a remake … A film with a dragon is enough reason to do it! (Sry, for my bad english but good wishes from Germany 💛)
Lol if u blew da smoke away the other dragon would only be like half the size of eragon, it's just that his head is like three times bigger
This movie being remade in 2017 would make me happy. It's kinda shit compared to the book.
This movie was downright awful when compared to the masterpiece written by Christopher Paolini. I had a whole image in my head, and the movie disrespected it to a whole new level
This movie triggers me so hard. Really a disappointment after the books. That being said, it's a decent movie in its own right, I just think it had the potential to be something like LOTR.
this was fucked up so bad its not funny
This battle is epic, so perfectly well made
