  1. Grew up in Traverse City but live overseas now… my first job was actually at Sugar Beach and always loved the views from the rooms.

    Nothing like summer in TC. You've included some of the best and made me incredibly homesick for time Up North!

  9. We get too many tourists now, and the traffic is horrendous. Prices are really high and to be honest, as a native generations deep, we hate you if you're a tourist. We smile and are nice to you, but really we hate. The place is getting ruined by over development and now we're getting "diversity" from Detroit that slings heroin. Oh yeah, now we have murder thanks to overexposure. Pure Michigan.

  18. Traverse City is a great city, in a great state…shaped like a hand. Michigan in general is beautiful. From Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls, Mackinac Island, Mackinac Bridge and down to Petoskey, Traverse City, Holland and even good ole Detroit, it truely is an amazing state.

  19. My aunt lives right on the water here, and we've visited her every year for Christmas since I can remember. It's so cool seeing Traverse City from a traveling perspective since it's always felt like a second home to me 🙂

  32. Who adds a “bird sound” when a couple of birds fly into the shot of drone footage? A very cool little editing detail that most wouldn’t spend the time doing. Its a pleasure watching your exceptionally well done high quality production work.
