Film Theory: Blair Witch’s SECRET KILLERS! (Blair Witch Project)

One of the Legends that one of the townfolk talked about is that (I can't remember too well) somebody used to take children into the woods and have one face the Wall while they killed the other. He's facing the Wall in the exact same way at the end. This implies that the one not facing the Wall (I forget names, haven't watched it in a while) was the murderer rather than both

SPOILER ALERT: The film came out about a year after another independent film called the "Last Broadcast." which was a similar concept but about the NJ Devil. (In fact some people accused BWP of ripping them off). In Last Broadcast, (which I suggest you see as it is a great film) you see that it is a murderer and not a supernatural entity. It is possible the BWP directors removed the scenes that would have made us see it was a murder to avoid accusations of ripping off Last Broadcast.

This theory is trash

I personally think it was a supernatural being because at the beginning of the film, they interview a guy about a child murderer who would kidnap 2 children to murder and put one in the corner facing away while he murdered the other because he didn't like them to watch. Where is mike found in the basement? FACING THE CORNER. I believe that the "blair witch" or whatever attacked mike, put him in the corner, and then killed heather. Just like the child murder did, the blair witch might even be the murderer himself.

All that made us think Witch was the title.
