Agree with Josh on most things, but it's strange hearing seasons 5 and 2 talked about as the worst ones. 5 is fair enough because it is so miserable and the pay-offs are not quite decent or often enough to make up for it. However season 2 is my fave lol because it's so fun and has great character interactions, like Tyrion as hand and his dynamic with Cersei and Joffrey, Arya meeting Jaquen and I also love Daenerys in Qarth, mainly for the twist at the end that it's all a sham. It's way better than the plodding Meereen dullness that is to come. But love the Throners nonetheless, can't get Jon Snow's tune out of my head.
