Scenes are very, very choppy. Can you please add a little elongation to what we are seeing, please????
The locations they use for scenes beyond the wall (Where Jon Snow is right now) is in Iceland. I have never been there but it is my absolute dream to travel there, it seems like a gorgeous place! Mountains, vast fields, volcanoes, hot springs, waterfalls, glaciers and caves. Covered in snow and ice during winter but green and lush in summer. I live in Sweden so it is not too far away from me but it is very expensive.
There are a lot of similarities between Sansa and Cersei, but I don't think she is telling all she knows just to help her. It's information Sansa can use, but she also tells Sansa certain things out of cruelty to get at her. The only family Cersei truly cares for is her own (excluding Tyrion). I do think Cersei sees herself in her though.
For this season the scenes north of the Wall were filmed in Iceland.

Alfie Allen's (Theon) acting is so good. I never cared much for the character until he pulled that half-mad half-traumatized expression at the end at 16:00.

From my perspective Jaime doesn't want to feed the rumors of his relationship with Cersei, so he stays away from the kids by taking the role of an uncle. It probably is more painful for him to be around them anyway.

Side note (if you’re not doing this already) make sure you pay attention to the music that plays, certain houses and characters have themes that grow through out the series. Game of thrones definitely has one of the best soundtracks on television and the composer of the music, ramin djawadi, is an absolute genius!

No, Tywin doesn't know she's a Stark. There's no reason for him to think that she's in that area, or even alive. He's figured out that she's not a "stonemason's daughter", obviously, but he probably thinks she's what she says, from a minor noble house. (Even if she's perhaps lying about which house.) If he knew who she really is, he wouldn't play around like that. She would be of enormous value in the war against Rob.
