Every time I watch this scene it reminds me of Aragon from Lord of the Rings charging first by himself against the Orc army at the Gates of Mordor. He too was a King 👑.
dayummm.. he was so Ned Stark on this scene
this is not a single track shot….
to me this is the best scene in tv that ive ever seen..so powerful…i want the picture of him holding sword facing the army blown up on my wall
defo in the top 10 best scenes of TV history
0:18 … Greatest hero shot in TV history. Epic af…
Literally my favorite scene of all-time in any movie, video game, or TV show. It's perfect. I honestly wish he died there. Just to make it more epic. I wanted him to take on the entire Bolton army singlehandedly.
When I saw Jon standing alone against the Bolton's army, I remembered Stannis' scene when the commander told him ''it's not gonna be a siege your grace''.
no this isn't a single take at all
its very clear to see where the cuts happened and what changed
Probably one of the best battle scenes to date (feature films included).
Gave me chills watching it live when he put his head down after that panoramic shot with all the horses
0:17 epic as fuck
how comes the boltons can use their archers but jon snow can't use his?
Someone needs to put the "28 Weeks Later" theme to this scene, like that Big Daddy scene from Kickass.
I am in the minority in that I love this director's film Repo Men. Ever since the knife/hallway fight scene from that film, I knew he was capable of great things. I'm glad to see more of him.
That scene was perfect! Thank you for uploading. The way the camera was moving, the filter, choreography! Jesus I was satisfied with this episode and more!
Here is the director Miguel Sapochnik giving a master class.
