  1. Why is Tyrion acting so morally superior? This is war. He didn't care when he burnt a lot of Stannis man during the battle of Blackwater. He also goes around praising himself for that. So why is he being such a hypocrite? It's all his fault this happened with his horrible plans. Cersei and him basically wiped out house tyrell.

  2. Fucking hate this but I love it. In the books Tarly is a fear inducing military man, and reminded me a lot of Tywin. The show version is pretty spot on, but I wanted to see more of him in action and the tarly army. Such a shame, but thats what this show does

  3. 3:09

"Army of savages at her back."

He must not know about Cersei allying herself with Euron and the Ironborn who I think of as the navy equivalent of the Dothraki.

Reapers and ravers who don't grow anything so they steal them but are awfully good at what they do, mostly because they don't spend any time actually growing things.

  4. "Dead. Head in a bag. There's the message."-Moses Tripoli/ Hanzee Dent. Hanzee would be proud of Daenerys here, glad to see Dany pull a Fargo on the Tarlys. Nothing scrubs bold notions from people's head like burning alive arrogant assholes like Randyll Tarly.

  5. This is the best scene. She was too kind. Most male rulers would of killed them all. Which I would of. Any survivors will want revenge. But she didn't. She gave them a choice. Drogon even screamed to scare them. No male leader would of done what she did. She even looked like she would of been open to sending Lord Tarly to the wall. He said boldly. You are not my queen. He wanted to die a hero. But his son foolishly wanted to go out with him. Why? Bend the knee get revenge later. Tywin would of killed them all. Cersi would of killed them all. Ramsey would of killed them and torture them. Even John snow chopped the mans head off when he begged. Thug life isn't easy but someone gotta do it

  6. I like how danyfags show themselves double-standart c*nts.

    Cersie burns Sept of Baelor.

    -OMG she is mad!!!!!!

Stannis burns real traitors(Aliser Florent,Mance) and his daughter(to save his army from frozen death but we all know how the show prefers to show us that).

-Oh shit, he is a monster! He doesn't deserve to live!!!!11!Renly was rightttt!!!

    Dany execute masters(painfully).

-Nah, they all were f***ers who pressed slaves. Slaves are people 2!!!!

Dany burns Randyl(who, surprise, fought in Robert's rebellion on the side of her father and also managed to defeat Robert in battle of Ashford) and Dickon Tarly who were patriots and tried to save their land from brutal rapists from East.

-Nah,it is war(and I will not care that all Stannis's choices were also forced by war)!

    or

-They were TRAITORS!!!!!!!(tried to protect their people but TRAITORS!!!)

And we supposed to be on Dany's side…

This comment section is a cancer!

  7. Dany is like the others before her, that's all. Stop saying that she is better (or worse) than her ancestors, if she has not burned King's landing and the Free Cities, it is only thanks to her advisers which prevent it from acting in its crises of nerves. Besides, her impulsiveness in wanting to kill everybody as soon as she has the slightest resistance in front of her is the same as Joffrey before her. Now, it surely will never be worse than Cersei.

  8. Everyone here is like Daenerys is bad or she had no choice but I'm looking at this scene and I'm like "Monarchy sucks Democracy is way better at least you don't get killed or sent to a frozen wall or imprisoned for not wanting to follow a certain leader" If Westros truly wants to 'break the wheel' they need to adopt a more democratic way of ruling this whole bow to me because I'm the one with the right to rule thing is getting out of hand

  9. Dany is behaving like ISIS here, executing prisoners of war is a disgrace, it is also utter stupidity, and loses her any moral high ground.
Why would you execute valuable prisoners like the Tarly's anyway? Where is the sense. They are valuable prisoners of war who could of possibly been used in a prisoner exchange for some of her allies who Cersei has. This is just another prime example of the poor writing and nonsensical plot of season 7.

  10. Randyll says some things here that are are missed. He shows her for what she is, a Utopian lunatic with no understanding of human nature outside its relationship to power. It is sad to see what she has turned into, she is the Maximilian Robespierre in this world combined with a worse messiah complex.

What is worse I don't think the writers realize this is who she is/has become, they just penned who they thought would be an admirable protagonist. You can't write this type of person realistically with out them turning into this, so strong are the threads of human nature woven in such a way you can't even fake it in fiction easily.

  11. Fuck, this was a bitter pill to swallow. Randyll may have been an arsehole but he was a highly respected battle commander, and that final exchange between him and his son was actually quite moving. They deserved better. Yet again GoT reminds us what a brutal fucking world it is.

  12. Dickon didn't want his father to die alone and afraid, Daenerys was just being a bitch about it. There's more of a threat to the Wall now than there is King's Landing, so imagine Randyll with Heartsbane against White Walkers, he'd be as good as Jon. She should have been more considerate with her options and if she had to kill them, just behead them without agony. When she freed the Unsullied she gave them a choice of fighting for her or living as free men on their own, and now she's just going around instilling fear into her new troops by forcing them into a life of terror, almost like slavery.

  13. What's the tactical advantage to burning the food supplies that she said her army desperately needed? I get the submission tactic, but she didn't leave that many people alive in the end. A handful of people who fear you and hate you (even more so that you burned their lords in front of them) is going to bring you no good. It conflicts with her character too. Previously she would have let men serve her or freely leave if they wish and now all of the sudden she's "Bend the knee or die". I think I'm overthinking this but I'm very conflicted about this whole battle. I just have so many questions. So many inconsistencies.

  14. To all of you Dany haters who are criticizing her for this, did you have the same reaction when your man Stannis burned people alive in the name of a "god" ? I'm not a huge Dany fan, but I will never understand the amount of hate she gets. This is war, and she gave them a choice.

  15. Good riddance… Randyll Tarly was an awful man. Was cruel as hell to Sam, and betrayed the Tyrells, a house he had been faithful to for years. He got what he deserved. Sucks that Dickon was so stubborn though, he shouldn't have burned with his garbage father.

  16. I'm sorry but anyone claiming that Dany gave them a fair choice is ridiculous.

What she did is essentially "follow me or die", not "I respect your decision, you are free to follow whoever you wish". That's not a fair choice, that's blackmail. Whether Cersei would have done better than Dany in this case is completely irrelevant. Cersei is indeed a horrible person, but her flaws certainly don't absolve what Dany has just done.

Dany is a complex character and I don't think she's evil per se, but to think her methods are right is just… off. She didn't even give them a quick, clean death, she pretty much cooked them, in their own armour, alive.

Whether you like it or not, based on this incident alone (excluding future possible twists etc), Dany ain't gonna leave a positive legacy in Westeros. It's a little sad because her intentions aren't evil, and we've personally seen the hardships she's been through, but as far as the posterity of Westeros is considered, she's the Mad King's daughter and an incredibly violent dictator. Also foreign invader.

  17. Danny has no idea how to rule anything. Mareen was a mess from start to finish now she is in a country that she doesn't know a thing about and talking about breaking a wheel which I don't think even she know what that means. She can't see two feet in front of her face and the only reason she has lasted this long us because she has dragons to auto win any battle.

  18. Dany is a female version of Aegon the conqueror.

Aegon offered his foes the choice to bend the knee and live or burn. Those that did were rewarded; stark, Lannister, Arryn, Tully, and Tyrell. Those that didn't well…House Hoare and Gardener vanished in the flames
