  1. Don't worry, Jon and Dany are only Aunt and Nephew. That's not really incest in this universe. Even Starks have married that close before.

Incest is only immediate family in this show.

  2. The hilarious part of the revulsion against this to me, is that at some point every single person commenting against it was absolutely undoubtedly born of the same 'sin'. Let him/her who was born without it cast their stones first.

  3. Rhaegar was the first son of Mad King Aerys, which made him the crown prince and heir to the Iron Throne. Jon, as the only living (and legitimate) son of Rhaegar, is the heir over Dany.

  4. Long post, pretty much all backstory and stuff you have seen already I think.

House Targaryen long practiced marrying within the family.

King Aerys II Targaryen (aka "the Mad King") and Queen Rhaella Targaryen (his sister-wife) had 3 living children at the onset of Robert's Rebellion.

The eldest Prince Rhaegar Targaryen was heir to the throne. As there was no suitable sister or relation due to the dwindling Targaryen line, he married Princess Elia Martell of Dorne. Together they had 2 children, Rhaenys & Aegon, who were both killed along with Elia by Ser Gregor (the Mountain).

Prior to the beginning of Robert's Rebellion; at a tourney at Harrenhal Prince Rhaegar after winning the joust earned the right to choose the new queen of love and beauty and snubbing his wife Elia, presented a crown of blue winter roses to Lyanna Stark (who at the time was betrothed to Robert Baratheon). This is presumably the start/near the start of their relationship, and ultimately they eloped to Dorne (although most of Westeros believed Rhaegar had abducted Lyanna leading to Robert's rage and ultimate Rebellion) and after having his previous marriage annulled they married and produced a son Aegon "Jon" Targaryen.

Aerys & Rhaella had several other children after Rhaegar, however they either died within a year of their birth or were stillborn. It was many years between the birth of Rhaegar and that of Viserys.

The next remaining child of Aerys II was Prince Viserys (the "Beggar King")

The final child of Aerys II is Queen Daenerys Targaryen.

Both Viserys & Daenerys were smuggled out of Westeros near the end of Robert's Rebellion to prevent them suffering the fate of Rhaegar's children.

So Daenerys is Jon's Aunt. But under Targaryen tradition there is nothing to stop them being husband and wife also. Under Westeros custom as Rhaegar was rightful heir to the throne, any legitimate direct male descendant in his line has a 'better' claim to the throne than a female sibling or descendant.

If Jon ascends to the throne he will be Aegon VI. Interestingly he is named after both his father's first son and his great grandfather King Aegon V "Egg", the younger brother of one of Jon's early mentors at the Nights Watch, Maester Aemon.

  5. I believe that part of the Wall ends at the water. That's why we see splashing fun.

Thanks for the reaction. Would like to see more…like when you go back to watch some. As for what we want you to react to, I recommend you look at the other react channels that have reacted to the shows you are considering. Then take note as to which get the most views. Particularly the channels that have done all (or most) of those you are considering.

  6. Great reactions guys, totally cool to see how touched you both were in Pt. 1; winning line tho': "emergency sliding pole"😂😂😂😂😂 (I'm sure Tormund & co. wish they had a few dozen of those lol😂😂😂)
