I'm going with the distruction of the Iron Throne and a council of lords in which Tyrion is one of the prominent member and Sansa the member of the North (with other survivors that represent the remained Houses). I think that the destiny of Jon Snow is to die with a sacrifice, Danerys will die in childbirth (meaning that her and Jon Snow's son could be the king in a future) or she will decide to rise her son alone in Essos, surronded by her true friends (Grey Worm, Messandei, Joraah is he will not die in sacrifice himself etc.) I'm not sure for the destiny of Jaime, but I would to see him alive and happy, after to have killed her sister.
