Seeing that Victarion is the youngest of the three, I think the best options given would be Hurst or Copeland, though the latter would be a bit too lithe for the typical stocky Greyjoy build. Ryan Hurst though… He could absolutely be the younger brother of our present Balon and Euron.

Love the idea of Ray Stevenson as Victarion! If we can get more ROMEies, how about James Purefoy as Euron? The Edge thing, I just dont see! If some wrestler had to get the gig, I would pick Wade Barrett! HBO has done a rock solid job casting the show so far.Even if the hired actor isn't how I imagined the character., they usually CRUSH the gig and win me over. Pedro Pascal as Oberyn Martell is a perfect example.

Either Ray Stevenson or Ryan Hurst would fit him like a glove.
Proper image formatting goes a long way in making a video like this. You present a good example of a haphazardly thrown together clip with stretched and skewed portraits displayed over music that doesn't seem to have any correlation to the subject.
I think GRRM has gone on record as saying Victarion is about the same size as the Hound in height and build so that should give you a sense of how big he is. Ray Stevenson is a good choice as at 6'4" they could still cast a 6' bloke like Mads Mikkelson as Euron and still have Ray tower over him.
