To me this was the proof that the High Sparrow was not "a man of virtue". "The dignity of men is unimpeachable." Humiliation is not the tool of someone who wants people to acknowledge their shortcomings and seek self-improvement. It's the tool of someone who wants to foster a culture of fear, distrust and hate.
