One of the most interesting characters in the whole story, and they didn't even include his past in the show, such a shame lol.

They really didn't do the 3-eyed crow/raven justice in the shows. The one eye would have been easy to do. Not sure why they decided not to do it.
Lord Mormount had his ancestors sword at the wall and also gave it to someone who is not a Mormount or from Bear Island for the most part. I think dark sister was def with him in the cave.
i hope the new tv series focuses on this time period

Bryden Rivers is so interesting as a character I would love to see George do a book about the blackfyres rebellions from the POV of Bryden, Damon, Bittersteal, Shiera, Daemon and Aegon

I don't think the TV series is following the same storyline as the books with the three eyed Raven. There hasn't been any mention of who he was previously.. he also has both of his eyes while the bloodraven has only one and doesn't have the signature birthmark which is the reason for his nickname.

How do you know Jon Snow has Targaryen blood? You said it as if it were not even up for debate.
Great video! Do you think there might be a link between Bloodraven and the Ghost of Highheart? They're described in very similar terms (both albino etc), both from the same area in the Riverlands, and both seem to have very similar visions. IIRC, the Ghost lives among the sacred heart tree stumps and gets visions from those. And she was brought to Summerhall by Jenny of Oldstones and made the prediction that the Prince that was Promised would come from the line of Aerys and Rhaella. They share so many similarities that I can't help but wonder.

It's likely Jon has Valyrian blood, but it's not guaranteed that he has Targaryen blood.
