I have read many of the plot leaks from different people on YouTube and they all a little different so I'm not sure what to think! I just want see little finger and Cersei dying in the seventh season!

you've got it wrong in the beginning. Jon will not bend a knee to Dany initially (not Cercei because that does not makes sense). Later into the season, she tells him that he wouldn't ever have to bend a knee to her (likely because she starts seeing him more of an equal) but he offers to bend a knee anyway if she helps fight against the WW.
