Secretly? It's been obvious for years now.
It has reference to one classic American science fiction where people born in spring, and in the summer they live full life, in the fall they build cities which would protect them from wild tribes migrating to south and winter when people live in cities which protect them from wild animals and cold winter, and again, nothing special for man who reads the books.
It is USA which is more responsible for climate change, and then China and India, naming China and India before USA won't alter the fact .
