  1. You do realise that it was hotter centuries ago. There were heatwaves in England and stuff. It was typically 30C in a London day in the 16th century. The Romans even colonised Britannia as the climate was nice.

It has reference to one classic American science fiction where people born in spring, and in the summer they live full life, in the fall they build cities which would protect them from wild tribes migrating to south and winter when people live in cities which protect them from wild animals and cold winter, and again, nothing special for man who reads the books.

  3. they don't change the wether. The ice king can cause a storm around his army, so that no one can see them coming, but he doesn't change the weather. The ice king is taking opportunity of the wether though, since the winter weather is going pass the wall
