**Warning, spoilers ahead.**

Just when you’d hoped that Game Of Thrones season eight’s latest episode would be blunder free, the show went and pulled out a corker.

Eagle-eyed viewers noticed that promo shots for the fifth installment, titled The Bells, aired an almighty gaffe which saw Jaime Lannister’s (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) right hand magically reappear – despite having it cut off in season three.

Whoops.

Naturally it didn’t take long for the image to be shared far and wide on the web, with Twitter massively poking fun at the mistake, with one screaming: ‘YOU HAD 1 JOB’, as another added: ‘Jaime Lannister was so out of character his right hand grew back.’

Not everyone found it funny though and some are pretty unimpressed with the error, vowing that they won’t be tuning in for the upcoming grand finale.

‘Soooooo another mistake then this season,’ one began. ‘Isn’t that meant to be golden hand??

‘Magically grew back. Wow D and D must have hated and wanted it to trip up so bad that they left coffee cups and regrown hands and in it. Not even angry anymore. I’m out.’

The last season of Game Of Thrones has been littered with gaffes, with the most notable being the coffee cup in episode four.

It appeared that the showrunners accidentally left a takeaway cup in one of the shots from a local cafe, with Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) staring down Jon Snow (Kit Harington) with a beverage sat right in front of her.

Sophie Turner has blamed Emilia for the incident, telling audiences at The Jimmy Fallon Show: ‘Well… look who is right by the cup… obviously it was Emilia.’ She’s the culprit!’

On top of that, viewers noticed a glaring continuity error with Daenerys’ wig in episode one.

Game Of Thrones airs Sundays on HBO, Sky Atlantic and NOW TV.
