Ultimate Sacrifice
1:26 Don't you DARE talk shit about Lyanna!
Jon looks like a sad puppy after he kills half hand😔
"… You don't want this one coming back for you."
Hell 2 the no you don't…Â
Just Imagine, the half hand coming back as a wight, or even WORSE, a full blown white-walker…..
Scary
wow, they completely changed it from the books… in the books, qhorin tells jon to yield when they are caught by the wildling scouts. when they catch them, jon yields but halfhand refuses to and the wildlings tell jon to prove himself worthy by killing halfhand and he kills him in combat. the show just made qhorin look like a pussy instead of the utter badass he was in the books.
This moment is milestone for jon!!
The show's version of Qhorin Halfhand was so shit. He was not the great ranger he was in book 2 A Clash of Kings nor was he half as interesting as a character. Qhorin Halfhand is a huge part of Jon's character and story progression. Jon learns a lot from Qhorin, and the show basically downsized that entire arc and passed it off as not that important. Jon's whole Season 2 story arc was a butchery of his book 2 story. All because David and Dan prefer Dany, and wrote her more material, which made her story arc in Season 2 so poorly written and acted. Jon Snow also looks like a clueless idiot in Season 2 rather than someone who wants to learn all that they can to help make them a better ranger and eventually Lord Commander of the Night's Watch.
Sort of interesting how Jon and Ygritte look at eachother at 2:33 and onward.
I like the book version of this more, Jon looks like less of a twat doing it.
How do they conjure up fire so quickly in freezing conditions in the snow?
1:53 Ooops, you broke it. Save the receipt and take it back and get a new one. We all know that human life in Game Of Thones can be restocked, of course.
