What: Head into the North and arrive in costume to receive raffle tickets for prizes, also features “Jam of Coins” goblets for sale and the Iron Throne, plus food and drink specials.

What: A festival for the 21 and over crowd, featuring live music, cold beers and ciders on tap, cocktails and food.

When: 4 to 10 p.m. Thursday, 4 to 11 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31 to Feb. 2

Location: Capitol Mall across from the Oregon State Capitol, 900 Court St. NE

Salem Public Library Concert Series

What: The Doubleclicks, a folk-pop sibling duo, will perform.

Saturday Morning Cartoons And Waffles

What: A Belgian waffle with choice of toppings and either milk, chocolate milk or orange juice while enjoying morning cartoons.
