I really don' t think sansa is pregnant bc in the books she is not even married with ramsay . We all know the series is a little bit or more different from the books but ,they all end the same. I don't think the producers would make such a big change like a little creepy bolton baby if in the books sansa is still a virgin(or idk ,maybe she will have a virgin mary experience and will end up with a hooly baby of nowhere ).
Otherwise, she could be pregnant but in the end she 's going to lose the baby or something.

Come on, we know why the pushed it back. They are waiting for the new book to come out so they can finish the show.
