Saturday Night Live came up with a whole bunch of Game Of Thrones prequels, sequels and spin-offs (Pictures: HBO)

Although the Game Of Thrones season eight finale is just around the corner, Saturday Night Live have compiled a bumper pack of prequels, sequels and spin-offs to get us hoping more will be on the way.

The sketch teased that the saga will continue with cartoons and reality shows alike, mocking big hitters such as Sex And The City and The Marvelous Mrs Maisel.

In the clip, Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) gets her own cartoon show in the spirit of MTV’s Daria, while Samwell Tarly (John Bradley West) and Gilly the Wilding (Hannah Murray) get their own How I Met Your Mother-esque sitcom The Queen of King’s Landing.

There are also crossovers galore, including Cersei And The City, No Ballers and The Marvelous Mrs Melisandre. Someone make this happen, please!?

Hodor even got his very own kids show (Kristian Nairn) which sees him alive and knocking on his favourite door.

HBO reacted to the two and a half minute video on Twitter, writing: ‘Let’s be honest – we’d all watch the hell out of “Cersei and the City.” Same, HBO, same.

SNL couldn’t get enough of Game Of Thrones last night, with Kit Harington taking over as host.

During his opening monologue, Emilia Clarke appeared and confessed that she’d forgotten how the fantasy series ends, saying: ‘I forgot.

‘I mean, it’s been so damn long since the last season, plus a lot of my scenes are me talking to a dragon, which is just a tennis ball on a green pole.’

Saturday Night Live airs Saturdays on NBC in the US.
