Well, here we all are, sitting together at the apex of roller coaster for months.
A name (for the baby) Lyanna is likely to have whispered is Jaehaerys. It is the name of Rhaegar's grandfather and great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandfather. It's a very respectable name. Though Rhaegar's grandfather suffered frailty and reigned for only three years, he apparently reigned as a good king. On the other hand, the earlier namesake is known as The Wise King, and his reign (lasting 55 years) is revered and remembered as possibly the most prosperous, peaceful, stable and just that Westeros had ever seen.

Jon Snow is the son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark, when Lyanna was whispering to Ned To Protect Him it was from Robert because he wanted to Kill Every Targaryen. So that Makes Jon the Nephew of Daenerys Targaryen

The "chains" represent the different genre of studies that you master. relating to the different chains you receive as you learn each separate area of the library. metaphorically they represent that only the elite get to study it. Lyanna told Ned that Robert would never be faithful to her. She said Robert would kill the child if he knew – it's NOT Robert's child.

It's definitely Rhaegar Targaryen. Lyanna said "If Robert finds out he'll kill him" Robert wouldn't kill his own child. There is speculation that Lyanna wasn't REALLY kidnapped, and that she and Rhaegar had a secret love affair and that they probably even got married. Which would make Jon a greater heir to the throne than Daenerys. The Targaryen's were known for polygamy and Elia and her children were murdered, so any other of Rhaegar's children would of been the heir to the throne over Viserys or Daenerys. This also means that Daenerys is Jon's aunt by blood.
Jamie was DEFINITELY pissed off at Cersei.
From what I understand The Citadel has books that nowhere else in Westeros has. Books aren't mass produced in these times obviously, and each book has to be hand written and crafted from scratch. So yeah they take their book security VERY seriously. Hahaha
