Since no one commented on that, they probably shoved a sweater under Emilia Clarke's clothes to make it seems like Daenerys was pregnant. I mean, she always has to "hold on" to her belly, when she runs towards him it looks like the "belly prop" is falling off and she has to hold on to it. Sometimes you kinda notice a baby bump but yeah, they really didn't make a good job of that.
