  1. The Dothraki and Valaryian languages were created by a linguist named David J. Peterson, who specializes in creating fictional languages for movies and TV. And yes, Emilia Clarke (Daenerys), Jason Momoa (Drogo), Iain Glenn (Jorah) and Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei) did need to be taught how to speak the language, them memorize the dialogue that was in that language.

Strangely enough, there are language tutorials out there where you can learn the languages if you want. Here are the two I know of:

    – for High Valaryian: https://www.duolingo.com/course/hv/en/Learn-High-Valyrian-Online (this site, as you would expect, also has a course in it for Klingon)

    – for Dothraki: https://livinglanguage.com/dothraki

  2. Aahh.. The Jaime Cersei scene is very very complicated. I'll try and explain it. In the original books, this is the scene where Jaime returns to Kings Landing. They both are overwhelmed with seeing each other and have consensual sex. Its a deeply gross and disturbing scene in the books, Cersei is on her period, Joffreys dead body is in front of them, but its consensual. In the show, the two have been fighting, and the scene comes across like Jaime raped her…. However, I think its more complicated than that. Or at least, the director and actors tried to convey something other than rape. Both the director and the actors involved have stated in interviews that they didn't mean for it to come across as bad as it did in the final version. Following this scene, the show never really acknowledges that Jaime did anything violent towards Cersei, so the natural conclusion is that the scene wound up looking much worse that what was intended.
