I don't like how Renly contrasts in the book to the show. In the show he's just a queer. He is cast as nothing more than a slimy queer. In the book, he was what a king should look like. He was like Robert in his prime. He was a great warrior, and loved by the people, and he happened to be gay, but there wasn't scenes of him blowing dudes. His character was not cast properly

Any A1 screenwriter'll say; it's not about budget and endless episodes (to cover all literary angles) There are transitions – understood by novelists – from one medium to another so that the book and film, though different are both ace in their own right. A word for word, 42 episode, $50m 'series', may've been a bloated, boring ramble. T.V. viewers need pace and intrigue which readers can indulge in. Longer than a movie but shorter than 'Lost'…. I had this with 'Let the right one in'

My god I love your shows. You sum up the characters so good I actually sit and add comments here and there, yes talking to my computer. Totally normal at times. SPOILER: Bastard of Bolton is a rather interesting sadist in season 3 and I would say Greyjoy gets exactly what he deserves. Every time I want to feel sorry for him I just think of his pussy face after he figured he totally fucked everyone who truly cared for his ugly ass. Sick shit that one. Either way, GREAT SHOWS! really. Big fan.
