Agree it's one of the best. And so many references to previous episodes. I put them all together in my first ever upload. Let me know what you think https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q82ZpnQVQXk
I actually think theon has one of the most complex and interesting arcs of the entire story. Anyone can have a redemption story, but his arc is really painted in so many stages (plus what an actor AA is). The whole human heart conflict GRRM talks about really fits his case.
Loved your discussion but could do without the background music!
You heard it first here, Jon and Dany will name their son George, and he will be THE SON of the prince that was promised that is allied with House Stark, even though he is also a Targaryen (Jon Snow/Ice), and the son of the Mother of Dragons (Daenerys Stormborn/Fire). "A Son (George) of Ice and Fire". Drops mic
Lord Tarly's like Greg House. An arsehole to practically everyone, but is kept around for the sake of being great at something. 😉
who is Arya based on?
This is the first over hour long episode discussion I've ever seen on your channel, at least this is the first to show up in my notifications, have you been doing these for each episode?
the fighting scene between brienne and arya bothers me a lot. There's no way arya can match brienne's skill with that sword, she is an established knight who defeated the hound ffs. Arya didn't learn exceptional sword fighting skills, she learnt to be an assassin with the faceless men. Clearly, the showrunners did that scene because arya has become a fan favorite because she doesn't stand a chance against brienne
Didnt Khal Drogo die because of the witch tho? I know he had the wound and it got infected but didnt the witch cause the infection. I know the blood magic caused the issue of him being alive but not really there. I just cant remember if the witch caused the infection.
Jojen's vision was about his own death.
I wonder what this will be like in the books. I feel like the High garden siege was probably more involved.
I would definitely liken Machiavelli most to Littlefinger.
rip to brienne in the sword fight
Wrong! Drogon went down all the Loot Train! If you go to the aerial shots you can see smoke stretching for miles! 15,000 troops got burnt! The Lannister had 20,000 originally. 2,000 guarded the gold. About 2,500 killed by Dothraki. This leave only a few hundred.
