Jaime's character evolved the most in this season, I think. He went from a low life scum sucker that pushed the stark boy out a window trying to murder him, to a fairly decent person.Danni, the mother of dragons is second. Though she could stand a bit more mercy.

While some people might not like Jaime personally, he's currently the most interesting and nuanced character on the show. You really want to see how things are going to end for him

Funny how Jamie killed the king because he wanted to prevent the city burning in wildfire, yet it was his very sister who ended up actually following through with the mad kings plan.
