Bro, just a word of advice. If you are having trouble with editing down certain parts for footage inclusion do two parts with under ten minutes of footage (most of your footage started in the middle of most scenes. This would be okay if it were only a couple, but it's a little too many.) This is permitted and okay under YouTube, HBO and Fair Usage rights. It seems that you struggle with recording the scenes a bit much from the first and second seasons. The other advice is to be okay with taking notes NOW. You are encountering a lot of foreshadowing and seeds that will pop up in the seasons to come and you will not be able to remember those things later (if you decide to start writing down notes later in season 3). Third, get some rest! That will help you even things out a bit as to what footage to include and not include because to tendency is to be a little janky with the scene recording when tired. Certainly any action sequence is important to include, but some episodes that are slower may include foreshadowing dialogue important to the overall story. Pay close attention to that ad well.
Also, is it possible to give us a weekly schedule as to when you will do your videos? Gives us a chance to anticipate your releases!!! Overall, good job and keep up the good work!!! Looking forward, sir!!!!

You shouldn't put off any longer trying to learn the names of at least the main characters; Arya, Sansa, Robb, (Cat)elyn, Baelish (littlefinger), Danaerys (Dany), Joffrey, Cercei, Sam & Jon. It'll just get harder when other characters are introduced. Just saying. Good reaction. 😊

It's not made clear in the show, but it's not just Ned Stark's head, it's all the bones. The Silent Sisters (the female order that tends to the dead we saw in the very first episode) strip the flesh from the bones with the help of beetles whenever necessary, like when a funeral cannot take place immediately.
