The three Men (that he knows of) Jamie thinks have a chance of defeating him in a sword fight are Ser Barristan Selmy (The old kingsguard who Joffrey fired previously, also, the best fighter alive in Westeros currently), Ser Gregor Clegane (The Mountain) and Sandor Clegane (The Hound, The Mountain's brother). And Jamie is not wrong with that assessment.
