  1. The Bear and the Maiden Fair (a punkish version) was also the credits music right after Jamie's hand was cut off.

One of my favorite things about the Tywin/Joffrey scene is that Joffrey is actually right about Dany and the dragons, but Tywin shuts him down. Tywin is very smart, but one of his biggest flaws is that he thinks he knows everything.

  2. Q for Anna (hopefully before the Red Wedding): now that you’re 37 (or 38, depending on when this gets asked) episodes into this show, how does GoT compare to whatever you might of thought it would of been before you started watching? Has the show turned out to be the type of show you had expected it to be?

  3. dude i just found urr channel a week ago and this is great u seem like a cool ass dude and yur daughter is very observant for her age.. she will make a good boss one day when i saw her first reaction i was a little worried it was too much for her to keep up with but she seems to like it…..great reactions game of thrones is a roller coaster and she is staying on track it seems

  4. I love the way you challenge Anna to think and explore theories Mark. Then test her theories as you did with Melisandre possibly being a good witch for wanting to get rid of Joffrey. She has an inquisitive mind so make sure you keep feeding it!

  5. Yes, I have been waiting impatiently for your next upload!

Really enjoyed your reaction and discussion particularly Mark’s comments around Jamie’s saving Brienne. Quite apart from the terrible things that Jaime has done so far he has fought on a field of battle where his forces were seriously outnumbered, fought and survived, killed six of Robb’s men before Robb’s men finally captured him and has now returned to save Brienne even jumping into a bear pit with one virtually useless sword arm. Does Anna think these are heroic deeds worth recording?

Has Anna noticed that often the titles of the episodes have double or sometimes multiple meanings? eg. The Climb referred to both the physical climb of the Wall and the metaphorical beginning of the climb of Baelish’s ladder of chaos.

(You probably saw it in the editing Mark but you just missed Anna’s smile at the Robb and Talisa scene when you glanced over).

    Excitement mounts!

  6. I can't wait until she sees 3×09, my favourite part is where Catelyn slaps Roose for betraying them but it turns out it was all a prank and they all laugh and live happily ever after

  7. The actors filmed the bear pit scenes in Belfast, while Bart the bear himself was filmed in LA, because the actors where not allowed to be in immediate proximity of the bear (for safety reasons, obviously).

Loved the reaction by the way, looking forward to the next one!
