Why did they cut this? It adds some depth to his character.
Gutting a stag while giving Jaime a politics lesson, owning Pycelle while fishing, this guy really was the Vladimir Putin of Westeros before he died.
I dont know if its intentional but when tywin says "am i the only one to see through this performance" right after mentioning that tyrion put him in the black cells is either just a writer error or showing just how much tywin ignores tyrions capabilites
