I don't understand why Arya didn't stayed at the eery, I mean, soldiers knowing she is a stark should have told the lords of the Eery or at least someone that she is hanging around. It was so random to see something like: Lisa is dead, you just go fuck yourself… It doesn't make any sense (as a TV show fan, haven't read the books so…)

'the children' also refers to Tyrion, Jaime and Cersei. Tyrion uses the term 'the children' as a mockery to Tywin children: the cripple, the monster ( or dwarf ) and the king's whore ( or something like that ).
