aggh….
Can someone explain to me why so many people like Stannis? I mean, he imprisoned Sir Davos simply for disagreeing with that bitch Melisandre, he murdered his brother in cold blood and then burned his own daughter to death. If anything, he deserved to be flayed and then skinned.
Never wanted him to take the throne. He did some terrible things that made me hate him more. The one true worthy person to take the throne is Dany!
This is NOT Stannis Baratheon's last appearance. His last appearance is in The Battle of the Bastards, as a flayed, rotting cadaver. He's one of the rotting, burning corpses on the wooden X's displayed on the battlefield. This outcome was seen in the flames in a symbolic vision of Stannis sitting on a throne in Winterfell with a CROWN OF FIRE. Stannis himself saw this but misinterpreted it. His true fate was to become a dead rotting king, cremated upside-down at Winterfell. He wore a crown of fire and a necklace of crispy-fried maggots.
I don't think Brienne would have passed a sentence of death to Stannis, and swung a sword at him, and walked away, if she wasn't sure he was dead.
:"Rightful king"???? Bitch please. That made me want to puke. It was painfully obvious the showrunners hated Stannis and practically jerked off to Brienne.with this little bit of fanfic.
SPOILERS
Boltons said that Stannis was defeated and were all happy and such. So I believe he is dead :c
He dies very much, and does so willingly. Now that he has lost all hope to rise to the throne and his army has perished, he sees his past actions in a new light. With no ends left to justify the means, killing his brother and daughter are now just crimes he has committed, and being the reighteous man he is he accepts the punishment for these crimes. He also accepts it as an act of mercy. By offering him an honorable death, Brienne saves him from being captured alive by Ramsey I-flay-people-alive Bolton and have Theon's fate, or worse. Quite mercyful for someone who has burnt his own daughter alive to please a witch.
So many deaths for the last episode of the season 5. 1 Stannis Baratheon thort he was going to be the chosen one to end the war 2 his niece Mycella Baratheon 4rth myranda even that she was a secondary character then 5 Jon snow for the watch plus just really really hope someone will resurrect him
1:04
Me after a shot of Knob Creek.
Fuck jon snow. I only want stannis to live
His last words said "go on do your duty" and her duty was return Sansa to Cat.
You can hear marching just as brienne lifts her sword …someone is turning up at the battle …the vale …manderley perhaps
Stannis is still alive
Renly was never rightful King so she can go fK herself with that one as can the writers.
Well, the name of the episode is Mother's Mercy, so i believe Brienne showed mercy and didn't actually kill Stannis.
