AHHH!!! Stannis No Longer the Mannis!!!!!
they destroyed Stannis' character in the show, they made him kill his own daughter, it came out of nowhere just purely for the sake of shock value, there really was no character development heading that way, his character development was heading the opposite of what he did in SE5 EP9, all throughout the whole show especially in season 5 Stannis' was saying and showing how he loved his daughter, earlier in SE5 he made a great speech to say how he loves his daughter and how he never gave up on her grayscale despite everyone around him saying it was hopeless, then also in SE5 he was angry at Melissandre for even just hinting of sacrificing Shireen and then all this "out of character" shit happens! he didn't kill his daughter in the BOOKS! it seems they are FORCING show viewers to love Daenerys at this point because it seems that many people are starting to like Stannis and Jon Snow more than Daenerys, yeah Dany has a large army and some Dragons but she isn't a great ruler, she's losing more and more of her Unsullied, her rule of Meereen is going to shit and after Daenerys talking to Tyrion you'll realize even more that her plan to conquer and rule Westeros is silly, she just says i have a large army, i have dragons, i will destroy the wheel, meaning she intends to kill all the great houses of westeros, she's just lose the support of the common people and the noble people if Tyrion let's her do her "plan", don't get me wrong, Daenerys is one of my favorite characters, along with Jon and formerly Stannis but unless she has a better plan she's not going to succeed, they destroyed Stannis the Mannis! in the books he wasn't as Mannis as he was in the show but he was still the Mannis in the books, just not as much in show at least up until that point in the show, now in the show he's no longer the Mannis! i'm usually ok with the changes that they do in the show compared to the books but this one is an OUTRAGE! BLASPHEMY! but i fear that this particular one isn't really a change from the books but they are just showing in advance what will happen in the books eventually, i hope he stays the Mannis in the books but read somewhere that it was George's idea to kill Shireen so i'm going to be pissed again if he decides to destroy Stannis in HIS books too

DB Weiss and David Beniff  having produced this show should both be fired from their posts. How could they allow an innocent little girl to be killed in that way for Season 5 Episode 9. They should both be banned from television. Never mind the rape scene. Sansa was not a great example of female heroism anyway. But a father killing his own daughter in that way with Stannis. I'm a little disappointed on how weak Khaleesi's dragon is. He only took out like 20 people at most and about 5 spears slowed him down. Up into this point they portrayed Khaleesi's dragons as being damn near untouchable…When Drogon came out I just knew he was going to fuck some shit up…How wrong I was. Is her dragons fully grown or is that it? If it's as big and ferocious as it's going to get then Khaleesi can forget challenging other empires if her Dragon got wounded by 5 spears and can't do more damage than 20 people. Good episode though and I hope Stannis Baratheon army gets destroyed after sacrificing his own daughter for war victory. I hate him and that Red bitch so much!

Has anyone read all 5 books? If so, how long did it take you to read it all and how many seasons you think Game of Thrones will have based off the books? I will start reading the first book of the season tomorrow. It's 866 pages and I never read a book with that many pages…I'm a comic book guy lol
