Ironic arya saves "cersei"( the actress playing her) while she "betrays" actress Sansa. Is this some foreboding? Could she actually end up fighting Sansa? If Jon and Sansa end up fighting each other for power, I can see arya taking jons side; she was always closer to him of all her bros and sisters except Robb.
