  1. -janos slynt was the 1 who carried out the killing of all of robert's bastards in season 2? so yeah he needed to die for a lot more than being a coward

-i think the most obvious change in jon is if you look at the scene he had with qhorin halfhand, jon sed that he'd gladly give his life to protect the kingdoms, & qhorin went off on him telling him he shouldn't be glad for it, he should kick & fight for his life cause it's all he would ever have…..the NEW jon does honestly seem afraid of dying now that he knows there truly is nothing after…his entire outlook on life & death has changed

-& the scout who was beheaded in ep 1-01 was also running to warn winterfell about the white walkers, so it wasn't JUST that he was afraid for his life, though that was very true as well

-very surprised that the 2 book readers didn't flip out about melisandre practically confirming that jon is the prince that was promised

  2. A king with balls would have told the cult leader, "listen buddy, I'm the king! And by royal decree, I announce the separation of church and state, and that no one religion shall dictate law within the realm"

    BOOM! Done.

  3. Umbers in show = Manderlys in books?

    Screw Olly!
    Life's tough.
The zombie wight army would have killed your parents anyway.

Never thought I would respect Alliser Thorne (RIP, you bag of dicks)
    "I fought. I lost. Now I rest."

  4. (Potential book spoilers):

A "shaggydog" story, traditionally is a very, very long story that ultimately ends non-climactically, so it makes total sense for Rickon's dog to be named that, as a nice nod to fellow storytellers from the author. Plus it makes sense for a 4 year old to name his dog that, symbolism aside.

That being said, I still hope to see Davos finding Rickon in Skalos, riding on that giant, beastly black wolf in a tribe of cannibals. The books is already so much better than the show, based on the sample chapters alone. For those who haven't read it, check it out! Some really grisly shit goes down.

  5. Fuck you guys for including John Snow in the thumbnail. You choose really spoiler-heavy thumbnails for a lot of these reviews I've noticed. I remember scrolling through my sub box and stumbled upon this before I even saw episode 2 and you spoiled the build up to an entire john snow awakens moment for me. Dick move. I dig your content but please choose spoiler-free thumbnails in future.

  6. Nice theory but Drogon HAS to be a red herring. It's just too dumb to be true.
Or maybe he made it this dumb so that we would think it is a red herring while it is in fact true! DUN DUN DUUUUUUN

  7. Come on, Cenk. Please stop regurgitating theories that are very well circulated online and passing them on as your own: "This is a new theory, I think Small John is playing Ramsay Bolton". It's not new. I'd buy it if he wasn't trying to pass off R + L = J as his own as well.

  8. I truly enjoyed watching this video just a bit ago, and liked all the cast ;P; but it would be a shame ON THE INTERNET if you guys did not do one of these for Season 6 Episode 5 "The Door". I believe the fans of game of thrones need to hear some venting on "Hold The Door!".

  9. i will NEVER watch you guys again. who doesn't know that Lyanna died IN CHILD BIRTH (BED OF BLOOD)? if you are not going to read the books, watch a youtube video with some back story, will you?

  10. prediction: T knows that the master believe the city is weak. "where is D? where are the dragons" but the masters know where the dragons are. they offered 1000 horses for her. i think T will use the dragons in a trap to defeat the masters when they inevitably attack

  11. The complaints about shaggy dog's name just show how little you've read (i.e. I don't want to be mean, but I'll guess that you probably didn't do well in English/American literature classes?). Please look up "Shaggy Dog Story." You'll see multiple meanings in that name. It potentially has more depth than any of the other wolf names. Maybe the name gives us a clue as to what will happen in this storyline.

  12. I must respectfully disagree about the Hound's literal downfall. Remember when the Hound knifed the man they found by the burnt-out house… a mercy killing? The Hound begs Arya to kill him and to do so would have been an act of mercy by Arya because after that fall onto the rocks the Hound is not going to be getting up and walking away and there's no one around to magic him back. Yes, she no longer hates him; she's checked his name off the list. I compare this scene to the scene in the big brawl at the inn when she slowly pushes Needle through that creep's throat and base brain after making sure he remembered who she was and why she was doing him. The look of accomplishment and amusement on Arya face is cold. She has more history with the Hound and doesn't need to remind him of the who or why of being left to bleed out. She's giving (condemning him to) a few more minutes of contemplating his fate and of pain, which is no mercy. Clearly Arya is one of the more quietly lethal characters and as she is learning to lose her form (become faceless) I suspect her to become The Game of Thrown's version of Shiva the Destroyer. Business is business… you know.

  13. Ben M is so fucking dumb it's unbearable. I love that he always plays it off as people who know their stuff are " nerds" but he does this with every single video, regardless of the subject/movie/show. Nobody ever really calls him out on it. Like I get that its semi-charming or whatever, but what the fuck is your purpose?? Drives me nuts

  14. i'm a big book and series buff. one reason given in the books for Rheagar kidnapping Leana is that Rheagar wants to for fill the prophecy of the "Prince who was promised". "his song is the song of ice and fire". Leana being of the North (ice) and Rheagar being Targaryean (fire) would prodice a son that would save the world.

  15. Robb's Direwolf was named Greywind. Bran's is Summer, who is very much alive. Lady was Sansa's who Ned was made to kill in s1 because of Joffrey. Nymeria is Arya's who is still heard howling every now and then. We all know Ghost is still alive. But, I believe that that wasn't Shaggydogs head, seemed too small. I believe Shaggydog is probably hiding in Winterfell somewhere and the Umber guy just brought a random dogs head to earn Ramsays trust.

  16. Summer is Bran's wolf and represents the still flowering tree in which he and Bran reside in the midst of the winter landscape. Ghost is still w/ Jon who can now be considered somewhat of a ghost. And as Arya is alone in a foreign land becoming a bad ass assassin, her dire wolf is off alone and named for a great female warrior.
