  1. The Sansa and Jon moment was extra special because Sansa was always dismissive and somewhat disrespectful to Jon at least around others (in the books at least) because he is her fathers bastard and yet she realized he really is her family in this scene.

  2. When was the last time some folks with Stark blood got to hug? When Bran and Rickon separated, wasn't it?
    It's about time. 🙂

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all! I guess you don't have your ten lords a'leaping, but Kat being hopping mad at the Meereen situation will have to suffice.

  3. Tyrion's stalling. Even if the negotiations fall through, he's still buying Daenerys time to regroup. Otherwise the Harpy attacks would have only escalated and the masters probably would have laid siege to the city much sooner.

  4. What the hell , U ARE TOO NAIVE HERE , What tyrion did was REALISTIC POLITICS and one of only few OPTIONS he had in that situation when Danny was gone and masters attacking the city , 7 yrs is too much but that was a wise decision , i Haven’t seen anyone else taking it wrongly aside from u , take it easy

  5. Uh oooh I don't think Kathryn likes tyrion anymore tool she looked ANGRY , she looked so betrayed . I didn't like it either but what else could be done really….the intensity in the show doesn't even match the intensity you felt for that damn sofa Melissa

  6. I'm not going to say that Tyrion didn't make any mistakes, because even by his own admission he did. But I would like to ask Kathryn what exactly she would have done differently? Tyrion had two choices. Fight a war against two cities while dealing with a well funded insurgency within Mereen, or try diplomacy. Without Dany, he doesn't have the dragons at his disposal. They have the second sons, but without their leader they won't be as effective, and then there are the unsullied who are struggling to maintain order in Mereen as it is. I understand where Grey Worm and Missendai are coming from, but I don't see how their plan to declare war would have lead to anything other than Dany's downfall, which means none of the slaves would be freed. Tyrion at least bought enough time to stabilize Mereen and hold out until Dany came back.

Tyrion has taken a lot of losses in the last few seasons, but thats because he isn't going for quick, easy solutions. Those are usually temporary and cost a lot of innocent lives. He's planning for the long term, while also making sure that Dany doesn't follow in her father's footsteps. He's playing at a disadvantage, but I think his way is the best chance for lasting peace.

  7. Kathryn and I are always on the same wavelength when it comes to these slavery scenes. I was furious at Tyrion, and just so skeeved out and revolted by the whole scene.

  8. As much as I hate to admit it, you can't just end an institutionalized system like slavery overnight without chaos, people getting angry, or bloodshed. Yes, it is horrible, but situations like these always reminds me of other IRL historical periods where people seeking radical change in a short of time possible end up killing thousands of people (Including moderates. Every Radical loves killing Moderates!) such as the French Revolution, or The Russian Revolution and Civil War.

If a country decided to change their political structure without any planning there will only be Chaos. Just imagine if a country's new leader suddenly declared that the country is now abolishing private property, or alcohol, or even minimum wage by the end of the week.

  9. Daaang, she got crazy mad at Tyrion and I'm not completely sure why, lol. I mean, I get it, you can't trust them..but he was trying to negotiate peace, and Kat looked betrayed like someone ate the last bowl of her favorite cereal.

  10. Why is it difficult for people to see why you can't just abolish slavery in a society overnight? It would mean total chaos with collapse of the infrastructure. How are the slaves supposed to eat now? Where are they to live? Think, people! A transitional period prepares everyone and allows the whole society to adjust. Ask the slaves, "Which of these plans would you prefer? You'll be free in seven years, so you can start planning now. You will be taught a trade, given opportunities. In 7 years time, you will be given money and a choice of direction to take your lives – or – You are free as of five minutes ago. You are on your own. We can't protect you or feed you as we are trying to conquer the seven kingdoms. On top of that the masters are pissed off and fighting back, so you will have to leave the city"…. See the difference? Tyrion obviously does.

  11. Oh god my heart. Margarey and Loras have such a beautiful, heartbreaking relationship only expounded by Natalie and Finn’s acting…

And yippee Sansa and Jon reunited! They’re my favorite pairing of characters – not romantically, as I am Team Jaime and Brienne until the end of time – as they just work off each other so well, and it’s gorgeous to watch.

  12. Tyrion was doing the right thing here. The Queen is missing, god knows for how long and if she will ever return. The cities are boiling into a chaos. Astapor and Yunkai were in Master's hands. Mereen was practically under a siege and they didn't had the force to wage war against the Masters and win. The best option at the time was to enter the negotiations and buy them some time, if nothing else.

  13. It always hits me this episode how Margaery is such a soldier.
For all of D&D's shortcomings, the character they made Margaery into is by far and away one of the best bits of GoT, to me. She actually seems like the savvy, politely-manipulative woman the books hint at her to be.

  14. Great reaction, our shield sisters 😉
Oh, I feel for your ears when Jonsie met my wife Sophie hehe

3:20 Jon is like, "Welp, I'll be on my way. Nice seeing you against sis btw. I have to hit the road south".
    Sansa:
    Jon:" Yes?"
    Sansa: "But Jon… I-I (sob), H-how… B-but, It's me… (sniffing tears) I'm home…. (panting)"
    Jon: "Ok. Your point…?"
Sansa: Quivering, Shaking. Can't control her breathing and trying her best not to roll down on the gourd crying of devastation
Jon: "*sigh* I better get going"
Brienne: Hits Jon in the head with her pommel "You really are a dick!"
Jon: massaging his forehead "Hey, I died, I can do whatever I want. So, freak you all. I'm going to somewhere warm where I could finally eat normal food and take a piss without freezing to death"
Brienne: "So you will just run away from everything? You do know that you can die again, right?"
    Jon:
    Jon: "What?"
Brienne: "You are not immortal, you can die again. So you must fight for your home so you will be able to stay alive"
    Jon: "FUUU……………………………………..HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

  15. Happy Christmas ladies! 😁👍🎉🎄🎶🎄💖

Melissa, your face when Kathryn burst your eardrums 😂 but then, I was Kathryn when I watched it. The first effing reunion!!
