  1. I love it when people say "the next episode is gonna confirm R + L = J" because they've been saying it for ages. Some people thought it would be confirmed in the Season 5 finale. Almost everyone thought it would be confirmed in Episode 3 at the Tower of Joy. Several people speculated that Episode 6 would confirm it. With this amount of buildup, the actual reveal is gonna be a disappointment.

  2. Hate to burst your bubble. Apart from you sounding like a robot. You got the Hodor thing totally wrong. He didnt sacrafice himself at all. Bran basically fucked up his life murdered him/sacafice. So they could get away. Also the Faceless men are clearly fucking with Arya, the knowone stuff is complete horse shit. They more than likely have more lofty ambitions than giving the gift and topping up with faces.

  3. I'll throw in the theory that a big Tower of Joy twist is that 'honourable' Ned Stark intended to kill baby Jon, in order to bring to an end another Targaryen line. Alternatively, Howland Reed argues the case for killing the Targaryen child and Ned reluctantly agrees to let him carry out the deed.

But vision-quest Bran intercedes to stop them and saves Jon's life.

Ned's later obsession with honour would then be born of guilt at his initial willingness to let Jon die and readiness to break the promise he made to Lyanna to protect him

  4. Everyone is trashing the Dorne story. Well ofc the sand snakes arnt realy a blessing to the show (at least beyond looking) but i liked Oberyn and his older brother – with them i think they could have make an interesting Dorne plot – even after the sad death of Oberyn. Beside that i must say that the Daenerys/Dothraki plot ist well expected but poorly executed. The way she grabs power ist just so poor written that it saddens me. A dozen Dothraki warriors and they bitch around, die crying, instead of just killing the women in front of them. As well as all the other male Dothraki out there – just a little fire and they throw their macho-life over board and become loyal followers. With the dragon involved it would have been a stronger motivation.

Anyway, season is a way weaker cuz of all the rush and the merging of the story plots. Too easy, too fast. The Hodor story from the last episode was a welcome change of that. Lets hope the story of Jon will be as well.

  5. "Hoping for the best"?  That Segway is annoying.  This SOIAF story is only interesting because it breaks the typical method of what we're used to.  Benjen Stark, R+L=J, revenge, redemption, wish fulfillment are not a part of what fans need.  They may want it, but once they get it, the story becomes boring…  Season 6 will be the point with GoT jumps the shark, because D&D have become too lazy and too political to present a show that represents the books.

  6. don´t trust Littlefinger he is a Cunt!! Sansa is in great danger maybe Ramsay will get her, don´t forget that all those who have been protected by Brienne are murdered, bad carma!!

  7. I think that Margaery is going to die in the next episode.  I could be wrong, but it is Game of Thrones, death is very common.  The one good story-telling quality that can come from this is Tommen finally manning up and wiping out the High Sparrow and his Crusaders because of his wife's death.
