  1. The dialogue from 1:041:21 address issues we all may have, but thankfully we have an answer and don't have to guess or continue in this way of thinking. Paul, one of the first followers of Jesus makes these beautiful, thought-provoking statements in Acts 17 of the Bible in verses 22-34 (ESV): "So Paul, standing in the midst of the Areopagus, said: “Men of Athens, I perceive that in every way you are very religious. For as I passed along and observed the objects of your worship, I found also an altar with this inscription, ‘To the unknown god.’ What therefore you worship as unknown, this I proclaim to you. The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man, nor is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything. And he made from one man every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined allotted periods and the boundaries of their dwelling place, that they should seek God, and perhaps feel their way toward him and find him. Yet he is actually not far from each one of us, for “‘In him we live and move and have our being’; as even some of your own poets have said,“‘For we are indeed his offspring.’ Being then God's offspring, we ought not to think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and imagination of man. The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent, because he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed; and of this he has given assurance to all by raising him from the dead.” Now when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked. But others said, “We will hear you again about this.” So Paul went out from their midst. But some men joined him and believed, among whom also were Dionysius the Areopagite and a woman named Damaris and others with them."

The “man whom he has appointed” is a reference to Jesus. In 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (ESV), Paul also states: "Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures…"

Mankind always has much to learn. I suggest reading the book of John from the New Testament, which explains human nature and God's plan of salvation through his son, Jesus Christ, and the working of the Holy Spirit. In particular, chapters 3 and 16 address honest questions that all of us have about Jesus. I suggest praying to God beforehand for a softened heart as you read His Word, even if you’re unsure at first. Followers of Christ are not perfect, and we realize the same of all mankind. "Religion" is not perfect. Our one and only savior, Jesus Christ, is perfect, so we can confidently come to God through faith in Him. Your relationship with Jesus matters, and I boldly say it’s the most important decision you ever make to receive and walk with Him. It DOES matter what “something” is in the statement: “there’s something greater than any of us,” because it will affect all of your decisions. That “something” is God, as represented in Jesus, our atoning sacrifice (1 John 2:2, Colossians 1:15, Hebrews 1:3, Acts 4:12). You have value to God (Matthew 6:26). This is naturally hard for sinful, independent, selfish people to understand, blinded by our own self-importance (again, that is all of mankind on a base level, me definitely included [2 Corinthians 4:4]).

Don't be intimidated if you don't understand right away; the journey is a lifelong process, but enter at the door/narrow gate of Jesus (John 10:9, Matthew 7:13-14). Begin to seek. You may start to notice that there are resources available all around to grow in grace and truth and knowledge of Jesus. You don't have to go it alone because there are many spiritually-mature, loving Christians around to talk to and grow with, whether it be friends at work, a church service, online, or anywhere.

You may find that you have more and more of a desire to know God and believe in Jesus as you become more and more convicted of your sin, and the amazing grace and love He offers. "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved…" (Acts 16:31). “For ‘everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved’” (Romans 10:13). Trust and follow. Learn his commandments. Then you will know true love to share with others in all aspects of life, and start to understand why Jesus says, "I came that they may have life and have it abundantly" (John 10:10). All humans need to constantly be examining ourselves to learn why Jesus says at one point: "…he who is forgiven little, loves little” (Luke 7:47). Again, I hope this provides encouragement to build up, and not tear down. The transforming power is there, because I would not have desired or loved enough to send a message like this two years ago. I am no preacher, and I am still growing in faith and always will strive to abide in Christ, so he will abide in me (John 15:4). This all may seem a bit overwhelming, but the Word of God in the Bible will lead to all true wisdom (Matthew 7:7, 1 Corinthians 1: 24, James 1:5). Peace be with you all. Take care, and God bless, friends!

"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)

  2. I knew it , i facking knew that he is gonna come back . I don't knew how but i had a felling . For such an important character was a quick death and not to many details or something like that

  3. My favorite story. A very disturbed man, with immense capacities for violence, very unpredictable, without any regret, conscience or remorse, who believes in nothing, loves nothing, hopes for nothing, fears nothing (truly free, for those who are greek and read this!!) and who without any hesitation kills anyone around him, decides to put down his sword and live a quiet life, while he tries to find a meaning to his existence.. only to be provoked again, into the violence, the blood-lust, the death. When that man lifts his sword, one thing is for certain. Heads will roll.
