  1. What about when Theon tries to kill the wolf pups (which symbolize the Stark children) and who steps in to stop him? Robb. The same person that he later betrays. I think this counts!

  2. Spoilers ahead if you are not up to date …………

Not sure if it was talked about before but to me best for foreshadowing was with ghost John snow wolf . Ghost is white with red eyes and snow is died and was brought back to life by the lord of light making him a white kissed by fire .. that was confirmed by GRRM.

  3. Season 2, at the moment when Theon agrees that he will siege winterfell (and thus backstab the starks) the scene cuts to arya serving up sausages. A little sneaky moment only picked up if you rewatch! 😂

  4. My Favorite Foreshadowing moment has to be when Jon is walking away from Ygrittes funeral pyre, and it looks like half of him is on fire and the other half frozen. There's also very unique music playing that Ive never heard before, or again on the show. I call it the "Starkgaryen Theme"

  5. My favorite foreshadowing is bran telling the story of a Cook who gave the king a pie made of his own kids and the " He killed a guest beneath his roof, that's something gods can't forgive " Arya well served that pie

  6. I like the foreshadow Aemon Targaryen does while talking to Jon Snow. He talks about if Ned was put to test between those he loves and honor, who would he choose?

Aemon also says what is honor compared to a woman's love, or the feel of a newborn in your arms or a brother's smile.

It has been confirmed R+L=J and Ned was faced with that dilema and he chose love over honor: woman's love (his sister Lyanna), newborn son (baby Jon) and a brother's smile (or sibling smile/his sister)

  7. season 1 episode 8- Ser Allister Thorne Verbally attacks Jon after Ned has been wrongfully branded a traitor, Jon attempts to stab him in anger, and Thorne says "you'll hang for this bastard"

fast foreward- Thorne and squad stab Jon for 'treason', and are then hanged for treason after Jon's resurrection.

  8. I thought you were going to talk about it since it was the thumbnail but my fav foreshadowing (even before the r+j=l episode confirmed the theory) was Jon when he first found Ghost. a stark white wolf with fire red eyes? come on that's too easy.

  9. I think when Cersei hits Littlefinger with the 'power is power' line, it could be foreshadowing Littlerfinger's end demise, when he's gone so far and thinks he's unstoppable
