I doubt that either of the Dornish women will be poisoned, since the poisons previously used are too fast-acting. They are going to suffer big-time.I shudder to think about it.
Cersei could use wildfire to kill the sand snakes the same as the mad king did and Jamie will start to see she is truly mad

Cersei is the protector of the 7 kingdoms now so she must rule with justice & so I predict she will recuse herself from this case in the interests of maintaining the semblance of untainted justice that is purported to be practiced in King's Landing.
…Jamie Lannister (&maybe even Tyrion) will demand justice for their niece (snickering) by a trial by combat or otherwise & that's where the fucked up stuff begins for sweeps week lmao.

I think you pretty well covered what is likely to happen. Tyene dies while her mom watches. Yara is ignored for the time being. And Cersei uses money from Highgarden to pay off (partially, at last) the Iron Bank.
I hope Tyene can escape let some guard or servant help her. Maybe Bron will help her? Forget Cersei and the Mountain. Him raping & brutalizing every Dornish woman is too predictable. Hopefully they will be more creative and unpredictable and let Tyene escape back to Dorn.

Ellaria and Tyeen will probably give the mad king treatment. She will catch ellaria on fire and place tyreens weapon right out her reach and a rope around her neck – Rikkon stark and Brandon stark style
The Mountain has a reputation for splitting people in half with his greatsword. The closest we've come to actually seeing it onscreen is the horse head at the Hand's Tourney and the peasant offscreen when he came to King's Landing for Cersei. Perhaps Tyene will get the proper chopping?
