When Dany is about to enter the keep/castle there's a low pitch voice saying/calling "Kha-lee-si" or w/e is spelled. Also the story with Arya and the Frays was already hinted I believe in season 3 ep 10 when Bran was about to go beyond the wall, in the keep with the fountain, bran explains about a legend about the "Rat Cook" in which the owner of the castle killed the ones that were guests and then someone took revenge and fed his family in a pie, so that's why the castle is haunted, he returns every night to feast upon his family's flesh or something like that. If I recall correctly, revenge took place upon the whole family so it's most likely Arya will do the same, based on that story/legend Bran mentions.

Well technically speaking, the Iron throne is her birth right no matter what unless Jon is an actual Targaryen. And not a bastard.
The reason why, is because Daenerys' ancestors were the ones to have conquered Westros in the first place. The Targaryens were the first kings and etc of Westros.
Then Robert's rebellion happened and took them off the throne pretty much. And now, house Targaryen is back to take (BACK) what is and was their's to start with. That throne was created with the swords of the conquered enemies of house Targaryen by Aegon and his sister wives along with all 3 dragons.
So technically, it is her family's throne.
