Game of Thrones season 7 episode 5 teaser trailer explained. A breakown of the trailer for the new episode of Game of Thrones with a frame by frame analysis. We see that Daenerys Targaryen is addressing the defeated Lannister Army with Tyrion by her side. We learn that there is concern about her path forward when Varys tells Tyrion that he needs to get her to listen.
In Game of Thrones season 7 the pace is beginning to pick up and we see that Jon Snow has gotten word from Bran Stark that the White Walkers are marching towards Eastwach by the Sea with their large army of wights. Jon is telling Daenerys what he’s learned and we see Bran using ravens to watch the Night King and his movements north of the wall in episode 5 which we found out is titled “Eastwatch”.
Game of Thrones s7 e5 also promises a face to face encounter with Jon Snow, Daenerys, and Drogon. We see Dany land on Drogon’s back with Jon standing right in front of them. Most fans are hoping Daenerys’ dragons will take to Jon Snow based on his Targaryen heritage and the episode 5 teaser trailer may be hinting at that.
What do you think will happen in Game of Thrones season 7 episode 5? What do you think the s7 e5 teaser trailer hints at? And, how do you see this seventh season of GoT playing out?

  1. If Bran can spy through a raven, and if ravens can talk, why can't Bran talk to  far-away John directly through a raven?

I see this scene with John and the dragon as the beginning of a connection between the two, eventually leading to John riding a dragon.  And, of course, Bran will eventually fly too, on the third dragon.

  2. Her speech is different from back then when she freed the slaves, because that army had just killed/betrayed Danny's allies. She is at actual war. has to be different

  3. It's two different scenes with Cersei. She's sitting in two different chairs. I think she could be talking to Jaime when she says we will defeat it. Maybe he got away? Or Tyrion bargains to let him go and try to deal with Cersei. Just a thought.

  4. I like Dany, I like her purpouse of "braking the wheel" of all these lords and families who strife only for themselves and not for the good of their people. But here we are at the end of the 4th episode and I must fear that she will join the long cycle of egoistic monarchs of old – she just destroyed the convoy of grain storages stolen from the farmers of Tyrells lands. The Tyrells peasants will have too little for the winter! What kind of caring queen she will become huh?

  5. I honestly think Jon will connect to Rhaegal. After all, Rhaegal is named after Rhaegar, and Rhaegar is Jon's father. If they connected, it'd be really cool.

  6. I just thought something… the warg thing in the show… Brandon thru sight, Arya thru costume, Sansa thru manipulation and Jon thru sincerity/loyalty… anyways just a thought lol

  7. What confounds me is why Daenerys only uses Drogon.  She has two other dragons and could have used them as she did when she destroyed most of the enemy ships in "Slavers Bay."  She could have destroyed Euron's fleet to gain an advantage (maybe that comes in later episodes or does Euron have the "The Horn?). Given Jon's linage and the predicted lost of Viserion to the Knight King in a looming battle, Rhaegal should become Jon's Targaryen mount!
