  1. Let me know if my audio is better. I changed it a little. And let me know what you think happened to Hodor after the last time we saw him. There are a number of ways to explain him coming back! Posting new Spider-Man Homecoming tonight! Star Wars and The Flash tomorrow 🙂

  2. "You create the thing that will eventually destroy you." I'm SO GLAD YOU MENTIONED THIS!!!
I've been thinking a lot about that with the Starks boys unintentionally exacerbating the war with the others when their intentions at the time were good-hearted, yet still backfired…. Bran essentially broke the magical seal on The Wall. Jon & Daenerys just equipped the Night King with a dragon. **IF Hodor does come back (as a white) it'll only be to serve as a reminder to Bran of the consequences of his powers.

  3. I think the kid from the past is actually Hodor caught in a time loop. Bran going back to the past and the rest that took place with that kid shouting "Hold the door" and then ended up with just saying "Hodor" was the actual moment Hodor was made to who he is. That kid actually grew up and became the real Hodor in the future and led to his death again the same way and the story keeps repeating its self. Also explains the bond Hodor had with bran since he was the one who created him. He will grow up and meet the same fate as before with Bran being in the past again and so on. Same as the night king being Bran caught in the pas when he grew up and children of the forest turned him into the Night King and now story repeats its self. They also said, they wanna protect the world from him (Bran) while in the tree cave. Wouldnt be surprising if GOT ended up right where it started (S1E1) and hinting that all will be repeated again.

  4. Sam gave Bran some dragon glass in a previous season. Bran gave Hodor the glass and Hodor put it in his pocket. Nothing was said of him breaking it out and owning some whytes to survive…

  5. How do we know that he's actually dead, though?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't remember seeing him actually die. And if I remember correctly, he was given some Dragonglass by Sam in the tunnel scene. Bran even insists he takes it – "Take it, Hodor".

Why would the producers make that scene last longer than it needed to? Why did Bran insist? Sam could have just handed several pieces out to Jojen or Meera, and they could have been distributed off camera at some other time. Why make a scene out of it?

Two things stood out there –

    Meera's Dragonglass arrows – significant?;
and Brans mild insistence that Hodor take the Dragonglass dagger – significant?

Why bother with that if it's INsignificant?

It's known that other content has been cut from the books owing to the limited screentime available to the producers of the TV show. Why, then, waste it showing us the seemingly insignificant handing over of some pieces of what is most likely going to turn out to be one of the MOST significant materials in the fight against the Others?

I thought that would have been mentioned.

Maybe he lost it at some point.

Or, maybe he does still have it and does get turned into a wight. Later on, in the final epic battle where all the houses (even the Lannisters) have banded together to fight against what seems like an inevitable onslaught, Bran – who may find himself in a bit of a pickle – will remember that Hodor took the Dragon glass, warg in to wight Hodor and get him to stab the Night King in the back.

Hodor then dies, as without the Night King's magic he is nothing.

Jaime looks on from afar in admiration of the gentle beast.

Songs and legends of the impressively well endowed dead giant who killed the Night King and brought to an end the cold winter will abound throughout the Seven Kingdoms.

    Hodor's grave will read thusly:

HODOR: The kingslayer who held the door.

  6. since Hodor is so uniquely big and strong as well as someone close to bran, wouldnt the night king want him as a true walker, to further hurt bran and gain hodors knowledge?maybe Hodor the other will be the one who kills bran as i feel he is bound for the grave before the shows over.

  7. yeah, i think what happened is through the urgency of the situation, his brain fried but burned that single suggestion into his mind as his ultimate purpose so while he was short circuited he would never forget to hold that fucking door.

  8. Well you have to consider, this closed loop is now broken. And time has now surpassed the loop. And now Hodor may be back into his original mind. And maybe this warging has corrupted and messed with Hodor so much that it renders him untouchable to the white walkers and their magic.

  9. 1:10 What if hes a hostage and it mirrors the scene from the battle for the starks place just like john snows brother learned from Tirion how to handle someone in a conversation by failing and succeeding John could fail and succeed to not follow Hodor if they have him out there,
