Here's my Game Of Thrones video all about the history of Arya's Dagger. It goes back way before what we saw during season 1. Thanks to Samwell for being so lucky with his book finds. Posting new DC/Marvel next. New Game of Thrones Posting this weekend!
Isn't there a ruby in that dagger? Didn't Rhaegar have rubies in his armour? Feel like LF obtained it through sneaky means and knows exactly who it belonged to.
Littlefinger is culprit that hired out to kill Bran. He used the dagger to blame Tyrion and Lannisters…to cause strife between Starks and Lannisters
Why would Joffrey wasn't to kill Bran?
Hi! I might be mistaking, but I remember the hilt being made of dragonbone (at least in the novel, it is, i'm positive), not dragonglass. So, it kind of trash your theory (no offense).
Isn't it the dagger they created the Night King with? Oh wait, it looks too new 🙂
Bran links up and becomes the Night King, Arya then kills Bran with the dagger, and thus kills the Night King. Or, Aegon drives away in a Lexus.
I feel like it was reforged from Dark Sister. Arya was slightly obsessed with Visenya. It would be cool if she has Visenya's blade, or at least part of it.
would be cool if the dagger was the only thing that could kill the nights king, but not with the blade, with the handle! I mean its crazy sharp and made of some weird horn… dragon horn? unicorn horn? who knows but its got to be sharp for a reason, right?
yEs jEoffreY wANTed tO kiLL BraN BeCAusE hE sAw cerSEI anD JAmIE HaVIng InterCOUrse
Id love for the dagger to be called Valonqar……to fulfil the Cersi Prophesy
Excellent theory born out in 7/7. I, too, look forward to more on this dagger in Season 8. Is there nothing from the books that can shed more light on the dagger's origin?
well in the end little finger was killed by Arya's needle
Best of both worlds. Valerian steel and dragon glass.. the weapon that's gonna kill the nightking
lil finger got fingered in the ass cuz of this dagger. Lmao
the dagger is light bringer. everyone thinks its going to be this massive flaming sword but heh heh,, GRRM is a smart man
Hhhmm the dagger it's the sword. The actual sword (the remains anyway) of the flaming sword that brings the dawn…🤔🤔🤔
Season 8, arya will kill a commander. Carve his face out, wears it and assisnate the night king with the dagger. Or she dies trying.
What blade did LittleFinger put to Ned's throat when Ned was betrayed?
I love GoT!
"Let's just melt a sword and make it into two swords." Right, because that will make a string sword and not just a oddly shaped paper weight
Could the dagger be Blackfyre reforged?
I think Meera Reed has dark sister
I am 69% sure, that hotpie is the original owner of this dagger, just trust me on this one
Is the dagger a part of lightbringer that must be reforged?
Man I love this videos
At that point in the show, Joffrey has no reason to send someone to kill bran, also what would be his purpose of using that particular dagger to do the job..? #ThinkAboutIt
Great video, great idea
I need bran to do something badass for real now
It was definitely Rhaegar's dagger simply because it makes sense. We know that Rhaegar loved his Rubies and that dagger is jeweled with an ornate ruby. He was very rich. Robert defeated him and was able to acquire it.
With luck, Arya will use it to kill LF and go back in time and use it to kill Ed Sheeran's cameo…
the dagger has one of the ruby stones that rhaegar used to own
Wow
Looks like Arya could kill white walkers with both sides of the dagger. She'd join Jon's squad as the token stealth attacker.
Would love some HBO now 🙂
5:46 Arya will fight the Wight walkers- I predict she will wear the face of a night walker, and infiltrate their camp as a spy
and I predict Cesci the wicked queen will be killed by a night walker and ride the blue eye dragon against Dany
amazing theory
@emergency awesome ….just tossing it out there, but in the books (as far as I can remember, and I've read them a few times through) they only mention that the hilt of the dagger is dragon bone, not dragonglass… small tidbit, but you mention it a few times… the idea that the hilt contains dragon glass in the show may be because the hilt is black, but dragon bone is also black….just some good for thought of you try to rework the theories….also fishing for someone to prove me wrong!
What's your theory on the wild dragons that Jorah saw on that weird place where he caught greyscale?
