I find it fair to lie about these things. It's a new era of tv-shows and in this day and age, it's almost impossible to keep something a secret. But the thing is: most fans don't want to find out anything before the actual episode airs, because it ruins the experience. So keep lying everybody!

What if Jon actually never died, because as a Targaryen, he could withstand the damage. Or, as a Warger, he went into Ghost and then returned. So we only believe that he was resurrected. Also, didn't Beric Dondarreon have to die multiple times in order to be gradually reduced as a person?
