Ummm…I got the impression that the wearing of a face by the faceless men was a type of advanced glamour. We get a lot of info from Mel about how glamours work…if wearing something personal makes a glamour better, it would hold that wearing someone's face would make a great glamour, so people would not notice the height difference…such as when Mance takes off his bones and puts on armor, Jon thinks he looks taller (in the books). It would makes sense then, that it could be Arya wearing Walder's face as a glamour. That being said, just like the show has not gone in depth with wharging the show has given no info on glamours so it might seem silly to show only folks…not that D&D care too much for consistency…
Unless its a Bran flash back, I have to imagine its just a rumor to through people off the true character.
