My own personal belief is that Sansa is not going to turn on Jon. She's been through way too much at the hands of men like Littlefinger, not to mention what she went through in King's Landing with Joffrey and the rest. Then when Littlefinger turned her over to Ramsay. I think she's not as dumb as she used to be.

And, when Jon was crowned King in the North, she noticed that LF wasn't happy, she seems worried!
