The most important being that the valonquar prophesy has been too touched upon in the material for GRRM or DD to sway from it. That prophesy informs damn near everything she does. As much as we want Jamie to live no way will he. Their deaths will be wrapped up in one another some way.

I thought that Valanqor is a high Valyrian word and the language is gender neutral. If that is the case the valanqor does not have to be a male and any "younger sibling" such as Sansa, Asha, or Daenerys could be the culprit.

about the younger queen, it doesn't specify if it's just one, it could be multiple younger more beautiful that takes what she holds dear, Margery and sansa joffrey, Margery tommen and in a way stripped her pride a bit, Marcella princesses of dorne, dany or sansa could take her throne or be behind the reason she dies due to where her brothers end up defending.

How about Jeyne Westerling? She's a younger, presumably more beautiful queen. She has good motives to despise the Lannisters and her younger brother was Robb's squire. Maybe he's the Valonqar. More than that, aren't the Westerlings related in some way to Maggie the Frog? This must come from a place Cercei never expected and they would do it by deceit, having proved to be Lannister allies. Maybe there's a good reason why they didn't include that part of the prophecy in the show. The Westerlings aren't in it.

my guesses are that, in the books, either the valonquar is Jaime, OR, if the valonquar refers to the little brother of the younger, more beautiful queen, and if that queen is Margaery, then it could be Loras Tyrell, who would have all the reason to kill Cersei in the books right now
